Before formally engaging any client, our team of evaluators conducts an initial profile review to assess eligibility for the client’s chosen visa category or destination. We proceed with formal client retention only once a positive assessment is confirmed — a step designed to protect prospective clients from pursuing an unsuitable application and losing money on a weak case.
Upon retention, the client signs a formal service agreement with Apex Visas Pakistan. This legally binding document outlines our processing procedures and clearly defines the conditions under which a refund can be requested. Clients are encouraged to review this agreement carefully before signing.
As a customer-focused organization, we honor the refund clauses outlined in our service agreements. Where a refund claim falls within the agreed conditions, it will be processed within the specified timeframe. In cases where a client requests a refund for reasons outside the standard clauses, our Customer Support team will review the circumstances and work toward a fair resolution.
Apex Visas Pakistan reserves the right to approve or decline a refund request in accordance with our policies and the signed service agreement. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you agree not to initiate a chargeback under any circumstances. Where applicable, refunds will be issued via company cheque, payable to the person named on the order form, and either mailed to the address provided or made available for collection at our Karachi office. You agree not to contact your bank or credit card company to dispute a payment, as doing so will only delay the refund process.

Evaluation reports are typically issued within 48 hours of sign-up, provided all required information has been submitted. The fee charged for this evaluation report is non-refundable.
Full Service
Apex Visas Pakistan provides complete documentation and processing support for immigration and visa applications, including student visas, skilled migration, business and investor visas, and family sponsorship. All case processing is handled by our qualified team, and by engaging our full-service package, you agree to this arrangement. Fees for full-service engagements are refundable only in accordance with the conditions outlined in the signed service agreement.

All disputes arising from the use of this website or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Pakistan.
